This is the first time I've ordered from this company and I can only say it was brilliant. Products so, so reasonable, delivery within two days, products really well packaged. Will definitely order again.

Absolutely love ordering from Escentual. They always have some really good offers and discounts, the things I want to buy are always in stock, P+P is much cheaper than other retailers and orders arrive really quickly. I completely LOVE that I always get at least a couple of freebies with my order, and all of the packaging is recyclable.

Placed an order a couple of days ago. Following day realised old address was on the order. Called escentual customer service and royal mail, both said there is nothing they can do. Called royal mail again to see if I can change delivery to royal mail office and collect it next week, yes I could so I did.
Next day delivery made to the wrong address. Called Escentual, they reassured maybe despite the photo of proof of delivery the parcel may have been returned. Call royal mail to ask for update and why after receiving confirmation of change of delivery address still was sent to the wrong address. Logged complaint with Royal mail and investigation with Escentual - 2 working days time. I would not be able to collect after next week Wednesday, so now I have to wait for 17 - 20 days if the parcel gets delivered to the chosen post office and go back to sender before I see my refund. Not good enough.
